Master Plan & Building Concepts

Inspired by historical local shops within innovatively organized spaces, the Master Plan and Architectural Design have been developed by Estudio 84 in consultation with different stakeholders and investor requirements related to the first Business Cluster located at the biggest market in Central America.
The design and construction drawing process of this project involved complex coordination with the Heritage and Urban Planning Directorate of the City of Managua, due to its location in the historical center of the capital and north side of the biggest market in Central America.

The Master Plan retrofitted the old national brewery infrastructures into a Retro Style Mall, integrating a new corporative center, multi-level commercial modules, and warehouse services; and, rehabilitated 3,000m2 of existing buildings +35,000m2 of new designed infrastructures.
